Coverage Limitations

This program does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, etc.)
  • Non-Evergreen modifications or repairs
  • Systems not maintained under this program
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed during installation
  • After hours and weekends call-outs billed at OT rate

Program Termination

Coverage becomes void if:

  • Maintenance plan is canceled or lapses
  • Payments are not kept current
  • Third-party work is performed
